Translation to Portuguese (Portugal) language

I would like to translate Soft Organizer to my language if you have interest in it.
However, I don´t how to manage your .sib language files (Tsilang is an expensive commercial app).
So, let me know how to do that.

The problem now is that there is no english .sib file and I can't translate from Polish or Russian.

The job is done!
Here is the new translation for Soft Organizer in Portuguese (Portugal) language.
I've tested it and is working fine.
Due to the size of the translation, some corrections may be needed. In that case I'll do that in the future.
