Tweaks Tool Translated Preview

Hi guis
II wanted to ask why tweaks settings are displayed properly on Windows XP, 8,10, and ignored on Windows 7 regional translated lines. I mean this:

Hello,

Probably to resolve this problem you need to reset the tweaks' settings to default.

To do this, choose: Main Menu -> Tools -> Tweaks, then in the appeared window click (1) and (2):
