Message "TTaskDialog reguires themes to be enabled"

Downloaded and installed v5 into Windows 7 64-bit. After cleaning up the registry, I tried to optimize it. Get the following message, "TTaskDialog requires themes to be enabled." Looked in Windows services, Googled it and searched here.

Have no idea what is needed. Thanks.
