Hello,

Thank you for the update. Let's make sure we are on the same page regarding the license status.

To verify it, please go to Main Menu -> HELP -> About Reg Organizer, as shown here:

If the window shows "NO LICENSE" (as below), then the key is indeed not active.

However, if it displays 2-PC HOME LICENSE, then the license is active and working correctly, regardless of whether you see a main menu command to enter the key.

Please check this and let us know what you see in the About window.

Perfect! The license is active. The program's behavior is exactly as it should be when activated. Could you please describe what makes you think it's not activated? For example, are you seeing a specific message or prompt?

The actual license key field is empty, that's what made me think it didn't work.

Hello,

Thank you for the clarification. If you are referring to the input field in the license window (as in the screenshot below), we can confirm that this field remains empty even in a correctly activated version of the program. This is the normal and intended appearance.

The definitive confirmation that your license is active is the line that reads 2-PC HOME LICENSE in the About Reg Organizer window (HELP -> About Reg Organizer). As long as this is displayed, your program is fully licensed and functioning correctly.
