Reg Organizer 7.7 Hangs on Registry Cleaner

On running Registry Cleaner, the program hangs when analyzing "Documents and other Property Types" on a Windows 8.1 tablet. Tried several times, remains hung (not frozen), for hours, until cancelled.

Any insight to the possible cause and a solution would be appreciated.

What is your operating system? This function can be caused by the incorrect work of some Windows registry functions. We have some thoughts on workaround that probably will be implemented in the one of the next versions.
Currently it is recommended to disable checking this registry part. To do this, select Main menu -> Commands -> Settings,
go to Registry Cleanup -> Registry Parts to Check section and uncheck Document Types and Other Properties.
