Soft Organizer traces no longer linked to installations

Soft Organizer traces no longer linked to installations, I opened Soft Organizer this morning and a lot of the traced installation dates have changed to yesterday and the installations state not traced. How do I rectify this?

To find out the reason of the problem it would be useful to see the changes log of ABBYY Screenshot Reader 11 shown on your screen shot. Could you please put it here or send to
support@chemtable.com?
