Translate Reg Organizer to Spanish

I really like this program and i want translate this "soft" to Spanish.
so how i can edit .sib file ?

You are welcome. The initial file for translating Reg Organizer 7.10 is attached to this message. Place the sib-file from the archive to the Languages subfolder of the Reg Organizer folder. To enable this file in the program select Main menu -> Commands-> Languages..., select the corresponding item in the drop-down list and press OK.

To edit the sib-file you will need an editor. You can download one by the link below.
