On a Windows XP SP3 computer with TurboTax 2013 previously installed Soft Organizer's "Traces in the system:" lists a single registry key with 10 values and no files at all.

It seems that most of the TurboTax registry entries and all of the files are not seen by Soft Organizer and presumably would also not be uninstalled.

What's going on there? Thank you.

Thank you for your follow-up...

After looking at it more I think it may not be a problem with Soft Organizer. I think TurboTax may have an unusual way of installing and uninstalling.
