Chem Table,

Upon renewal of my subscription, additional unauthorized charges were added to my subscription renewal fees which enriched both ChemTable and their payment processor.

I have asked Chem Table to cancel my subscription, and the payment processor to reverse the charges they added.

The payment processor has complied with my request while ChemTable has yet to do so.

It is a shame that a previously good company would stoop so low for a few extra dollars.

I have uninstalled their product and need for them to reversed their subscription charges right away or I will have my bank do so and blacklist them.
