Good job with the latest update.
Would be nice if there was in the options to set permanently whether the system restore point is created or not, and IF
the installed applications uninstaller will be used,or only Full Uninstall's monitoring log. (Or it could ask for this when uninstalling..)

The ability to disable the System Restore Point is planned and will be added soon.

Regarding your second proposal: currently the uninstall wizard allows to abort the standard uninstaller without making the actual uninstallation. Then you'll proceed to uninstalling using the traced changes log (if available) and traces searching algorithm.
