Service doesn't appear which file is missing

I've deleted a file which is defined as path to executable in Windows Service. Then, the Service is still stays in Windows Service Manager (Services.msc). But, that service is not appearing in both Reg Organizer and Autorun Organizer. I've filtered only Service and unchecked 'Hide System Application' from Custom Display, but the Service can't be found despite searching.

When a file defined as a path to an executable in a Windows Service is deleted, the service may still appear in the Windows Service Manager (Services.msc) because the service entry itself remains in the Windows registry. However, since the executable file is missing, the service cannot start.
Regarding Reg Organizer and Autorun Organizer, these tools might filter out services with invalid paths or might not display them due to their specific criteria for what constitutes a valid service. This behavior can vary between different system management tools.
Do you believe the program should display such services with the invalid paths anyway?
