Application error

Hi,
From time to time, SoftOrganizer Pro (version 10.0) displays a note on my Windows 10 desktop informing me that a new update of installed programs is possible. When I click on the note, SoftOrganizer opens and an error message appears (see included file) .
What could be the problem?

Hi,
Does the problem occur every time you click Update? If so, we could send you a special version that creates a log to help locate the problem.

Hi,
The problem occurs every time I click on the note that appears on my Windows 10 desktop, informing me that a new update of installed programs is available. So if a special version is needed to find the problem, I will install it.
