Sometimes when starting Reg Organizer there is a message at the bottom right of the screen ,,, however, this popup remains only a fraction of a second visible ,,, much To short...the message cannot be read. Can something be done about this?

Certainly, this is a bug; a message should not disappear so quickly. Have you noticed any messages similar to the one you saw under the bell icon (see the screenshot)? Some messages the program displays appear duplicated there.
