je télécharge le logiciel regOrganisazer en anglais comme c'est prévu,
je télécharge en français,celui-ci me répond:
C:\users\kamal\downlaod\english\:sib
ce fichier ne contient pas d'application associée pour effectuer cette action.
Installer une application,créez une association sur la page,Paramètre des applications par défaut.
voila pourquoi,je vous demande de m'orienter sur ce qu'il faut faire ,pour pouvoir le lire correctement

Do you want to enable the French language in the program? Usually, it is offered automatically (in case of the corresponding system language). To enable manually download the language file and place it to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Reg Organizer\Languages

or

C:\Program Files\Reg Organizer\Languages

(depending on the type of the system: 64 or 32 bits).

Then go to Main Menu -> FILE -> Language and choose French.
