How to manually enable startup app diasbled by Autorun Orrganizer

Is there a way to manually enable a startup that has been disabled by Autorun Organizer? Especially those that come back perfectly safe by Virus Total. Or Is there a way to mark something as safe? I like the feature but it seems a bit draconian to not enable the user to manually over-ride your app's decision.

Note that Autorun Organizer does not disable entries even if they have VirusTotal detections. If to speak about hiding the VirusTotal status for the particular startup item, you need to right click on click on the item and select the command shown on the screen shot:
