Renewal Registration

I have a version 4.21 Reg Organizer on a XP Windows PC. I just renewed my subscription and received the license codes, which I copied and pasted, along with the registration name. It kept coming back that it was invalid.
The order is for a two computer license. The laptop is a Windows 7 machine and the Reg Organizer is a 4.25 version. I entered the same license code and that one took. I've had Reg Organizer for around four years now, and never had a problem with registration and license codes. Assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!
