system clean up

Reg Organizer.

System clean up.
Clean up locations.
Windows Updates Unused Files.
( windows 7 or windows 10 x64)
Scanning 20.7 GB take ca.8 minutes.
System clean up take ca. 21 minutes.
When shut down the pc wait 30% in compiling take ca.5minutes
When start up the pc wait compiling rest 100% takes ca 18 minutes
before windows is running?
Please give an explanation.

Scanning of the Windows Updates Unused Files cleanup section may take a long time, up to an hour.
During the next system reboot, the screen may look the same as when installing Windows updates. This is because the updates temporary files are cleaned.
So, the program's and system's behavior you experienced is normal.
By the way, the Windows Updates Unused Files cleanup section is disabled by default.
