Upgrade Price?

Is there an offer for upgrades from - in my case - 4.0 to 5.0?
By purchasing a license you get 1 year of free upgrades and technical support. If you've purchased a license less then year ago, you may upgrade for free. Otherwise, the price for renewing the license is 50% of the original product price and it will cost $19.95 in case of the standard license.
