Hello,
Ran Registry Life and now PC boots to XP Login Screen (never did this before) never had a password to login before and now I cant get into XP. Tried Admin and leaving blank - blank says it is unable to login because of an account restriccyion. Tried to get to safe mode using F10 but no luck... any suggestions would be gratefully received.

First, try to start your computer using the Last Known Good Configuration. Below URL leads to the page describing how to do this:

If this does not help, try to recover your registry using the way described here:
