why are these reg.keys invalid?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\AddressBook
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\DirectDrawEx

These are always installed with windows 7 (x86) and windows 7 x64.
I guess that the first two refer to Internet Explorer version 4! And the third entry to IE 5. Even though windows 7 ships with version 8!
But I guess there must be a valid reason for them if they come with windows.
Why does Reg Organizer flag these as erroneous?

Indeed, these keys are included to the standard Windows package, however they
are incorrect and actually useless, that is why the program marks them that way.
Please note, not all keys created by OS during the setup process are necessary
and correct. Some of them are created just for the sake of installation and stay
as dead weight in the system until you clean the registry.
