Registry Life optimiser

Registry LIfe 1.5 works great on my Desktop W7 but not on my Laptop W7.
When I go to phase 2 to optimise I get message "TTask dialog requires themes to be enabled"!
What do I need to do now?

Downloaded- for the third time - installed but no change - problem and message persists - nothing has been "solved"

Most likely you have not installed the fresh version. Please make sure you downloaded the new version from the URL I provided above, not from the cache of your browser.
