My system is windows 7x64 Home Premium on Samsung notebook.
I was sure I installed two applications , viz. "outpost firewall" and "sticky passwords" using the "Install new application with tracing" oiption. However, after closing tracing and rebooting and after a couple of days, I open up Full Uninstall to remove sticky passwords because of some problems, but to my surprise, the table in Full Uninstall showed "NO" for both sticky passwords and outpost firewall under the column "Traced".
What could be the problem?
Please help. Thank you.

When you installed these programs with tracing, have you updated them or it was a clean install?
